Welcome home to yourself

Are you tired of swimming against the current of your own river?

Yearning for a change but feeling stuck, scared or defeated?

Just imagine what would be possible if you felt more confident… if you believed in yourself…

And found support to build the life you are longing for?

Welcome to a new stage in your journey.

Whether this is your first time seeking help or you have been in therapy for many years, you have arrived at the right place.

I work with women to transform the relationship they have with themselves and their bodies into one of deep respect, compassion and loving care.

Treating ourselves more compassionately helps us become better parents, lovers and friends. It can help us to feel more fulfilled in our work and more impactful within our communities.

Improving the way we relate to ourselves can trigger changes that ripple throughout every dimension of our lives.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I work with women individually and in group format.

I know from firsthand experience that the work of befriending oneself is not easy. It takes effort, commitment and a lot of support. Yet I know that building the life you are longing for is possible, and I am ready to walk alongside you on this most important journey. The journey back home.

I am happy you are here.

Let’s begin.
